The short version
A home-based micro bakery baking long-fermented, stone-baked sourdough by hand, from loaves to sweet treats. Flavours run from classic sourdough to Biscoff, Nutella, blueberry and lemon zest, plus savoury options like maple bacon and gouda, and vegemite and cheese.
Everything is baked fresh to order, with orders opening on a weekly cycle through Cookaborough. Pickup only, by order, rather than a walk-in shopfront.
