The short version
A bulk wholefoods grocer and cafe, started in early 2016 by Rob Frost after he left a mining engineering job, inspired by a zero-waste store in Berlin and his own raw-food diet. Produce comes from biodynamic growers and producers in WA where possible, and from elsewhere in Australia where not.
Organic groceries, fresh organic bread, natural personal care and zero-waste products on the shelves. The cafe side runs to specialty coffee, healthy takeaway food, cold-pressed juices and smoothies, nut milks, kombucha and kefir, with plenty of gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free options. It isn't a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, so check with the store if you're coeliac.
