Most people live within a few kilometres of a market, a shared garden and a grocer who knows the grower's name — and have no idea any of it is there.
Hello Loci was made to support the ecosystem that keeps communities alive and thriving: connecting people with places, and with the products that both feed us and inspire our creative spirit. It's a map of that ecosystem, starting in Greater Perth — nothing to sign up for, nothing to buy.
And it's as much about the humans as the things. A profile here is a market, a grove, a bakehouse — and the family who has worked the same soil for three generations. Knowing who grew it changes how you eat it.
Visibility first. Community fuels connection and growth — if a grower gains three new regulars because someone found them on a Saturday morning, the map has done its job.

How a place gets on the map
Anyone can send one in — the person who runs it, or the regular who thinks the rest of the suburb should know. We check the details with the place itself before it goes live, and we keep it accurate afterwards.
Growers with no public address are welcome too: listed by what they produce and by the markets and stores that carry them. Listings are free right now, and a free listing will always be part of what we do — as Hello Loci evolves there may be additional tiers for producers wanting more support and visibility.
